Return Policy

Ashluxe is committed to providing a seamless and premium shopping experience. This policy clarifies how refunds are handled and the service level expectations (SLA) for returns and refunds so you can shop with confidence.

1. Returns Notification

  • Notification Window: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item if you intend to return or exchange it.
  • Definition of Notification: Notification means officially informing us via customerservices@ashcorpgroup.com or the Return Portal, not the item arriving back.

2. Return Shipping Timelines (After Notification)

  • Local Returns: Returned items must reach Ashluxe within 5 working days of notification.
  • International Returns: Returned items must reach Ashluxe within 14 working days of notification.

3. Quality Control (QC) & Inventory Checks

  • All returned items undergo QC and inventory verification, which may take up to 3 working days from the date we receive the item.
  • Only items that meet our return standards will proceed to refund processing.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Return Approval: Refunds are issued only for items returned according to our Return Policy and that pass QC.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Gift cards, Final Sale items, and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Shipping & Duties: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Certain cases may qualify for faster refunds (~3 working days), including out-of-stock items, non-delivery due to company or logistics fault, or orders canceled by the company.

6. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Notification Requirement: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via customerservices@ashcorpgroup.com with photos and a description.
  • Refund Coverage: Full refund issued, including original shipping charges, for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.

7. Order Cancellations & Partial Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Partial Refunds: If returned items fail to meet all return standards, we may issue a partial refund or store credit, with prior customer notification.

8. Policy Consistency

This policy applies uniformly across all Ashcorp websites to avoid conflicting information.
