Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy

All SALE items are FINAL SALE, which means there will be no returns or exchanges for any items on sale.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Original Priced Items: We are happy to assist with exchanges or store credit for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition, including original tags attached.
  • Ready to Wear (RTW) or Clothing: Merchandise tagged as READY TO WEAR, RTW, or CLOTHING should be returned within 5 days after delivery for an exchange.
  • General Merchandise: All other merchandise should be returned within 3 days after delivery for a different size or a shopping voucher only.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Final Sale Items: All End of Season, Summer Sale, Black Friday, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except if the wrong size or style was received.
  • Accessories: All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns.
  • Swimwear and Resort Wear: All merchandise tagged as SWIMWEAR, BIKINI, ONE PIECE, and RESORT WEAR cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.

Process for Exchange

  • Return Conditions: Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
  • Shipping Times:
    • Returns (within Nigeria) require a minimum of 2-3 business days to arrive at our warehouse.
    • Please allow an additional 1-3 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
  • International Exchanges: For international exchanges, please send an email to customerservice@ashluxuryhq.com within 1-2 days of receiving the items.

Additional Policies

  1. Order Cancellation: An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
  2. Delivery Costs: You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
  3. Safety Measures: Due to our safety measures, returns will be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 24 hours before processing.
  4. Faulty Goods: Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 5-14 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that was damaged.
  5. Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are not available for items purchased on the website. Only shopping vouchers.
