Exchange Policy
At Ashluxe, we take pride in providing our customers with premium luxury fashion, and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We understand that occasionally, exchanges may be necessary to ensure you receive the right product. Please review our Exchange Policy below for full details.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be returned for exchange within 5 working days (local orders) and 14 working days (international orders) of the delivery date.
- Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange Process & Timelines (SLA)
How to Initiate an Exchange
- To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Service team at customerservices@ashcorpgroup.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except where an item was incorrect or defective upon delivery.
Quality Control & Exchange Timeline
Once your returned item is received at our facility:
- Quality Control (QC) & Inventory Processing: Up to 3 working days
- Exchange Dispatch: Within 1–2 working days after QC approval
- Total Exchange Timeline: 4–5 working days from receipt of the returned item
All returned items are inspected by our Quality Control team. Items that do not meet the exchange conditions will be returned to the customer and will not qualify for an exchange.
3. Exchanging for a Different Size or Style
- Please specify your desired size or style when submitting your exchange request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may:
- Select an alternative item, or
- Opt for a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
4. International Exchanges
- International exchanges may be subject to additional shipping fees and longer transit times.
- Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
