  •  Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs ONLY will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders delivered within Lagos typically arrive in 2–4 business days, while deliveries outside Lagos take 4–6 business days. International orders may take 6–12 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email.

  • What shipping courier do you use?
We use all major courier, and local courier partners.
  • When does my pre-order item ship?

Pre-order items ship dates are indicated in the product description. Most pre-orders require a 4 to 8-week period.

If you have pre-order and in-stock items in your cart, your full order will be shipped out when your pre-order items are ready to ship. To receive your in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
